Seats are still available for the five-course wine-pairing dinner featuring California's Orin Swift Winery.

The dinner will be Thursday, May 10, at The Silver Fork Lodge, 11332 E. Big Cottonwood Canyon, Brighton.

It begins at 6:30 p.m. and costs $75 per person. Local wine expert Francis Fecteau, of Libations Inc., will be on hand to discuss the wines and answer questions.

Orin Swift winery is located in Rutherford, Calif., and is best known for the Prisoner, a dark red Zinfadel blend that includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petite Sirah.

Over the last few years, the winery also has added Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc to its program.

Two of the wines that will be featured during the Silver Fork dinner will be new releases, not previously available in the state.
