Larry Krystkowiak added two members two his coaching staff Wednesday, including former Utah basketball player Phil Cullen.
Cullen was a power forward for the Utes from 1998 to 2002 and was hired as the director of player development and camps, replacing Randy Baruth, who left to become head coach at Saginaw Valley State this spring. Additionally, the Utes hired Charles Stephenson as their strength and conditioning coach. Stephenson held the same position at North Cartolina State from 1996 to 2011, and before that held positions at Auburn and the University of Virginia.
Stephenson is the first full-time basketball strength and conditioning coach at Utah.
