If you're heading to the Utah Arts Festival — which starts today at noon — don't forget to try the event's official sushi roll available at Yoshi's Japanese Grill.

This modified California roll has crab, cucumber and avocado on the inside and chili paste, mango and tuna on the outside.

It's "summery and light," owner Eddee Johanson, told Tribune reporter Sean Means, last week. "Something good for those espcially hot festival days."

Wash it down with Uinta Brewing Co.'s Arts Fest Amber, a beer made specifically for the festival.

These, of course, are just a few of the food items available at the Festival, which continues through Sunday at Libarary Square, 200 East and 400 South. Here's The Tribune's A-to-Z guide to help you find all the offerings.
