"Peter Karrie - A Phantom Returns" is set for July 19 at Park City's Egyptian Theatre

"Peter Karrie - A Phantom Returns" is set for July 19 at 8 p.m. at The Egyptian Theatre (328 Main Street, Park City).

Karrie will be joined by musical guest Rebecca Timmons and students from the Egyptian Theatre Youtheatre Musical Program for an evening of musical theater.Karrie is best known for his acclaimed portrayal of The Phantom in Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber's "The Phantom of the Opera."

Karrie first played The Phantom at Her Majesty's Theatre, London before going on to play the role in Toronto, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vancouver and the Millennium tour of Great Britain, covering Southampton, Bradford and Manchester. He has also been acknowledged by being the longest-serving 'Phantom' of all time, with over 2750 credited performances.

From July 16-19, he will provide the historic Egyptian Theatre Youtheatre Musical Program a four-day maasterclass.
