Here's what's happening today in pop culture:

• Jimmy Fallon hosting the Oscars? The NBC host and the motion-picture academy are in talks. But would ABC, which airs the Academy Award telecast, go for it? [Los Angeles Times]

• Randy Blythe, lead singer of the death-metal band Lamb of God, has made bail in the Czech Republic – where he was arrested in connection with a fan's death at a 2010 show. [AP, via The Huffington Post]

• British singer Lily Allen will now go by her married name, Lily Rose Cooper. [AP, via ABC News]
