Here's a sampling of some of the top prep performances from last week, Aug. 13-18:

• Football — Skyler Munson, Pleasant Grove: Hard to argue with the senior receiver who tied a state record last Friday. Against Kearns, Munson was the top option for the Vikings. He accounted for 10 catches for 214 yards, and scored five touchdowns, tying Wasatch's Keefer Babbitt (2010) and Mountain Crest's Carl Blad (2001) for most touchdown receptions in a game. He also caught a two-point conversion pass in the 52-25 victory.

• Soccer — Elle Roberts, Dixie: The Flyers haven't faced elite competition, but it's hard not to be impressed by Dixie's 24-0 scoring margin so far this season. Roberts has been a huge part of that effort, scoring five goals last week. She had two in an 8-0 blowout against Beaver, then followed up with a hat trick against Millard in a 5-0 win. So far, Roberts has six goals this season.
