Here's what's happening in pop culture:

• Two attendees at the Republican National Convention were ejected after throwing nuts at an African-American CNN camerawoman and saying "this is how we feed animals." But you probably won't hear much about this obviously racist incident on CNN. [Talking Points Memo]

• Documents show cooperation by the CIA and Defense Department with the makers of the movie "Zero Dark Thirty," which depicts the mission to kill Osama Bin Laden. What they don't show is a conspiracy to help the Obama administration for political purposes. [Entertainment Weekly]

• Rachel Weisz worked on Terrence Malick's new movie, "To the Wonder," but she says her scenes were cut from the final product, which will debut at Toronto next week. [Vulture]
