Police are looking for a missing Spanish Fork man who has a severe mental handicap.

Carl Edward Linker was reported missing by his family Friday about 4:30 p.m. Although he is 20 years old, he functions on the same level as a 4 or 5 year old, according to the Spanish Fork Police Department.

Linker is 6 feet 1 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair in a crew cut. He also wears glasses. He may be wearing tan cargo shorts and a gray t-shirt.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Spanish Fork detectives at 801-804-4700.
