There are as many ways to see the Utah State Fair as there are people who go there.
To some, it's a chance to eat fried food and then risk hurling it all back up on the dizzying rides. To others, it's a place to show off your quilting skills, or your jam-making prowess, or your prize steer. And to others, it's an opportunity to shop for anything from a vegetable slicer to a hot tub.
The Cricket spent Friday seeing the fair through some particular sets of eyes: Fourth-graders on a school field trip.
