T.J. Yeldon leads the Tide's rushing attack with 136 yards on 17 carries.
Saban expects noseguard Jesse Williams and cornerback Dee Milliner back for Saturday's game at Arkansas.
Milliner missed the Western Kentucky game with a strained hip flexor. Williams suffered a concussion in a collision with safety Robert Lester in practice last week. Saban said he passed the concussion test but woke up Saturday with a headache.
Tulane safety stable
A Tulane University football player is in stable condition after a three-hour surgery to stabilize his fractured spine. Now his loved ones and teammates face an agonizing wait to learn how serious the injury is and whether it will leave him paralyzed.
Senior safety Devon Walker was injured Saturday in the first half of Tulane's visit to Tulsa. He and a teammate tackled an opposing receiver and it appeared their helmets cracked together.
Team Dr. Greg Stewart says it often takes days for doctors to determine the lasting effects of these kinds of injuries.
QB gets rod in leg
Indiana quarterback Tre Roberson could return to campus as early as Wednesday following surgery on his broken lower left leg. Coach Kevin Wilson doesn't expect Roberson to be back on a football field anytime soon. Wilson said Monday that the sophomore had a "clean" break in his lower leg, that doctors inserted a titanium rod into it Sunday and that it likely would take Roberson five to six months to make a full recovery. Roberson was hurt during Saturday's 45-6 victory over Massachusetts.
