• Green Day frontman Billy Joe Armstrong is going into rehab, after an onstage meltdown in Vegas. [AP, via The Huffington Post]

• The thriller "House at the End of the Street" and the cop drama "End of Watch" tied at the top of the weekend box-office table, each taking in $13 million. The baseball story "Trouble With the Curve" came in close behind, at $12.7 million. [Box Office Mojo]
