A missing 11-year-old Payson boy, who ran away from a Provo youth services facility, was found Wednesday at a Walmart in Cedar Hills.

Payson police Lt. Bill Wright said officers found Sebastian West with two youths — ages 15 and 17 — that he was with Sunday when all three ran away from the Vantage Point youth services center.

Wright said Sebastian was physically uninjured.
