A one-vehicle crash on State Road 201 in southwest Salt Lake County critically injured a man Thursday morning.

Utah Highway Patrol Cpl. Todd Johnson said the cause of the accident was under investigation, but it appeared the driver of an SUV careened off the left side of the eastbound lane and into a nearby wall.

The crash occurred near 7200 West. There were no other passengers in the vehicle.
