Halloween thrills for the young at heart

Too old for hay rides and trick-or-treating? Here are some Halloween events that will appeal to teens and adults.

Haunted forest

Walk through a real forest with scary surprises. There are also two indoor attractions, "The Haunted Mansion Show" and "Psycho Manor."

Zombie Apocalypse

The Zombie Apocalypse at XSI Factory offers a new haunted house experience.

Haunted Circus

The Strangling Brothers Haunted Circus invites visitors to its Big Top Tent of Horrors and haunted trailers. Entertainers from Odyssey Dance Theatre will perform "Thriller" and other spooky numbers.

Nightmare on 13th

Fear Factory

In the old Portland Cement Company plant, which its owners claim is haunted.

Castle of Chaos

What • Three locations advertised as a "Trilogy of Terror," featuring such attractions as Hands on Horror, and a 3-D Screamatarium.
