The will be without two of their most valuable veterans when they host the defending Western Conference champions Friday night. Paul Millsap and reserve guard Jamaal Tinsley were both away from the team Friday for unrelated personal reasons. The Tribune has learned that Millsap flew to Atlanta for a funeral. The power forward's absence means that former No. 3 pick Derrick Favors is the presumptive starter. Jazz coach Tyrone Corbin no longer addresses media following shootaround, a recent organizational change, and was not available to comment on when the players might return. The Jazz travel to Los Angeles late Friday for three games in five days against the Lakers and Clippers.
