For the second year in a row, the Ogden soccer team was able to top Cedar City in the postseason. Last year, it was the finals — this season, the teams met considerably earlier in the 3A playoffs, as the Tigers notched a 2-0 victory.
Senior Avery Calton broke open the scoring for the second half, striking a 25-yard rocket off the crossbar and in. Here, Calton talks about the game, the score, and what it could mean coming up for Ogden.
