Chefs dinner at Trio

Only few seats remain for Trio Restaurant Group's "Meet the Chefs" dinner on Thursday, Nov. 8.

Five small-plate courses will be prepared by Jenny West and Mike Sparks of Trio, and Logen Crew, from Fresco Italian Cafe. Italian wine pairings will be provided by Christian Frech, director of operations and sommelier.

The dinner starts at 6 p.m. at Cafe Trio Cottonwood, 6405 S. 3000 East, Holladay. Food is $35, optional wine pairings are an additional $25. Tax and gratuity not included. Call all Natalie at 801-944-8746 to reserve a spot.
