State colleges: Dixie State men's basketball falls in OT to UNLV

After forcing overtime, Dixie State men's basketball fell to UNLV 81-80 in Las Vegas. McKay Massey led the Red Storm with 25 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. Dixie beat or matched UNLV in several categories, but the Rebels' 27 of 34 free throws made the difference.

Women's volleyball

Idaho State 3, Weber State 1 • The Wildcats put up a fight in the third set but fell to the Bengals 25-17, 25-17, 26-24, 25-13 in Big Sky Conference play in Ogden. Sophomore Audrey Biggs had a career-high 16 kills for the Wildcats.
