The number of teams eligible for bowls was upped to 64 Friday with wins by West Virginia and Central Michigan. Six more must qualify for there to be enough teams to fill the 35 bowls. If there are slots open, the five teams with the highest APRs will be placed in a pool and the bowls can negotiate with the teams to fill their vacancies.
