New Orleans • Derrick Favors flourished, Mo Williams watched, and the Jazz earned a rare win in New Orleans, beating the Hornets 96-84.
The Jazz played without Williams for the third straight game, as he continues to rehab from an injury to his right foot, but it proved to make little difference against the Hornets, who before Monday had lost five of their last seven games against New Orleans.
Al Jefferson led all scorers with 19 points, while Paul Millsap and Marvin Williams each added 16. Williams left the game late in the fourth quarter after falling an hitting his head. He was listed with concussion symptoms and did not return.
