LeBron James has scored 20 or more points in ever Miami game this season.

That's 23 games.

Why does this matter? Because according to the Associated Press it's the longest streak since 1989-90, when a guy named Karl Malone scored 20-plus in 24 games.

James scored 24 points in the Heat's convincing 105-90 win over Dallas on Thursday. While streaks of this nature are largely superficial, it would be fitting he hit No. 24 against Malone's former team — or if the Jazz prevented it.
