Our representatives in the Utah Legislature have passed legislation that extends from 24 hours to 72 hours the time a woman must wait to seek an abortion.
Yet anyone can walk into a gun show, in a publicly owned event center, and instantly buy a gun.
Apparently, we trust giving strangers the right to make personal decisions regarding their guns, without time for a background check, more than we trust a woman making a decision with consultation with her doctor, family and faith.
