With a new inversion coming upon us, is there even a 2.5-micron sliver of a chance that our Legislature this session will show some decisive leadership toward cleaner air quality policies?
After all, this isn't atheistic, communist China, where pollution abounds. This is Utah, in the United States. Cleanliness is next to godliness, and our population gets to vote!
