Utah senior guard Jarred DuBois missed his second consecutive practice on Wednesday afternoon, and he is considered a gametime decision for the Utes matchup on Thursday against Cal at the Huntsman Center.

The nature of his injury is unkown, as is how long he will be out, if at all. Utah coach Larry Krystkowiak said on Wednesday that a further evaluation on DuBois will take place on Thursday and a decision for Thursday night will be made from there.

"We aren't quite sure what the issue is," Krystkowiak said. "But we want to make sure he's fine to play before we put him out there."

DuBois is the leading scorer for the Utes, a regular starter at shooting guard and one of their most creative players offensively. He's had big scoring games this season, and is one of the best players on the team off the dribble.

If he can't play that will be a blow for Utah, as the Utes try to build upon the momentum of defeating Washington on the road last Saturday night.
