Utah basketball: Utes men's basketball released schedule for foreign tour

The University of Utah men's basketball team has announced its itinerary for its 10-day foreign tour starting on Saturday, Aug. 5.

The Utes will play three game on the trip which will take them through Barcelona, Spain, and Paris, France. Two of the games will be played in Spain while one will take place while the team is in Paris. They'll play the Sant Julia All-Stars as well as the Dax Gamarde Basket in Barcelona. Their opponent in Paris is to be announced.

The team will return on Aug. 15. The team's itinerary is below. Game times have not yet been announced.


Aug. 6 – Orientation walk, practice, welcome dinner

Aug. 7 – Sightseeing, game one (Sant Julià All-Stars)

Aug. 8 – Sightseeing, leisure day

Aug. 9 – Sightseeing, game two (Dax Gamarde Basket)

Aug. 10 – Travel to Cambrils, catamaran cruise


Aug. 11 – Flight to Paris, practice, sightseeing, cruise

Aug. 12 – Sightseeing, game three (TBA)

Aug. 13 – Sightseeing, leisure day

Aug. 14 – Sightseeing, farewell dinner
