They will perform special concertos as part of the scholarship prize: Olsen will play Concerto for Clarinet K622 movement 3, by Mozart; Chamberlain will perform Alexander Arutunian's Concerto for Trumpet; and Tueller will perform Chaminade's Concertino.
The UWS Youth Ensemble will join the Symphony for John Mackey's Hymn to a Blue Hour and John Chance's Incantation and Dance.The performance will take place at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center in Salt Lake City, 138 West 300 South, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
