Plans for tonight: Jonny Craig gets emotional

• Emo singer Jonny Craig performs solo at In the Venue, 219 S. 600 West, Salt Lake City. Opening acts: Kurt Travis, Hail the Sun, The Seeking. Show starts at 6. Tickets are $14, at Smith's Tix.

• The Utah Jazz play the Denver Nuggets, at EnergySolutions Arena, 301 W. South Temple, Salt Lake City. Game starts at 7. Tickets available at Smith's Tix.

• A screening of "The Central Park Five," a hard-hitting documentary about injustice after a horrific New York rape case, happens at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center, 138 W. 300 South, Salt Lake City. A live Q-and-A with two of the film's co-directors, Sarah Burns and David McMahon, follows the film. The show starts at 7. Admission is free.

• Texas singer-songwriter Robert Earl Keen performs at The State Room, 638 S. State St., Salt Lake City. Opening act: Andrea Davidson. The show starts at 8. This show is sold out. (This isn't a repeat — Keen performed at the same venue Tuesday night, too.)

• The Polish Ambassador (the stage name for electronic musician/DJ David Sugalski) lays down the beats at The Urban Lounge, 241 S. 500 East, Salt Lake City. Opening acts: Hot Noise, Robo Clip, Crisis. Show starts at 9. Tickets are $15, at 24Tix.
