Women's softball: BYU, UVU meet in conference series

The BYU and Utah Valley softball teams meet in a pair of Pacific Coast Softball Conference doubleheaders Friday and Saturday at Wolverine Field. The Cougars have a 17-game win streak against UVU.

Friday's first game begins at 2 p.m., while the first Saturday's contest is set for 1 p.m.

Utah Valley (20-12, 5-3 PCSC) owns the conference second-highest batting average, . 279. BYU (14-18, 4-0) is led by shortstop JC Clayton, whose 274 career hits is a school record.
