Weber State football: Scrimmage concludes Wildcats' spring practice

Weber State concludes spring practice with its annual Purple and White Spring game Saturday at 6 p.m. in Stewart Stadium. The offense will run about 45 play.

Prior to the scrimmage, the Wildcat Club will host a Chalk Talk at 5:30 p.m. in the west bleachers. WSU coach Jody Sears will introduce his coaching staff and talk about spring practice.

A kids play area with inflatables will be open to fans during the game and players and coaches will sign autographs after the game.

The 2013 Wildcat football season begins Aug. 31 when the 'Cats host Stephen F. Austin.
