Lindon's Alianza expands executive team

Lindon-based Alianza has hired two new executives to assist the cloud-based voice platforms company achieve its next level of growth.

Mark Gardner is Alianza's new vice president of global sales. Kevin Mitchell is the company's new vice president of marketing.

Gardner previously led North American sales for Mavenir's Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem and Voice over Long-Term Evolution solutions portfolio. At Alianza, he will oversee worldwide sales and customer engagement.

Mitchell, who will be responsible for Alianza's overall marketing strategy, previously led service provider product and solution marketing at Acme Packet and was a principal analyst at Infonetics Research.
