Coty Inc. • New York, 57.1 million shares, priced $17 to $19, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley. Proposed NYSE symbol COTY. Business: Fragrance and cosmetics company with several globally recognized brands.

Gigamon Inc. • Milpitas, Calif., 6.75 million shares, priced $18 to $20, managed by Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse. Proposed NYSE symbol GIMO. Business: Provides data traffic management software-based appliances.
