Bobby Hartzog, a 5-foot-10 receiver out of Houston, Texas, has had a change of heart and has decided Utah is the place for him to play college ball. Hartzog committed to the Houston Cougars less than two weeks ago after participating in a junior day. However he said he had regrets soon after the announcement. "I think I committed too soon," he said. "Me and my parents have been talking about it and we just decided Utah was the place for me." Hartzog, who has run a 4.49 in the 40, will play corner for the Utes, but said where he plays wasn't a factor in his decision. "I'll play either one," he said. "I just want to play football." He is a former teammate of Hipolito Corporan, a defensive back who signed with the Utes last year. He said he plans to visit the Utes this summer, but is solid in his commitment. - Lya Wodraska
