It is laughable how upset Congress, civil liberty groups and media pundits are over the recent news that companies like Verizon and Google are giving the National Security Agency access to Americans' email and cellphone data.

Almost all these companies outsource information technology functions to firms in countries like India. I assume other countries' intelligence agencies have already infiltrated and gained access to this sensitive date via these outsourced jobs by American companies.
