The Fourth of July holiday has passed, and the prep football season is approaching rapidly.

That means it's time to begin preparing the state's fans for the upcoming season. The TribPreps sports team will begin our Two-A-Days previews Monday. Our plan is to preview every team in the state leading up to the season kickoff Aug. 23.

We will post previews every day of the week at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. (or as close as possible to those times). And as we close in on the final days before the season begins, we'll crank it up to Three-A-Days (there are 104 football-playing schools, and we want to get to everyone).

So keep your eyes peeled for previews of all your favorite teams and their opponents.
