Utah has a long list of famous political scandals

From its first senator to more recent leaders, Utah has seen its share of intrigue.

Investigations. Allegations. Denials. Special counsels. Paper trails. Secret recordings. And lawyers, lawyers, lawyers.

That's the stuff scandals are made of — and John Swallow finds himself smack-dab in the middle of a big one.

But Utah's attorney general is hardly alone. The Beehive State boasts a long line of political brouhahas — from a U.S. senator slain by his mistress to a Utah lawmaker toppled by a nude hot-tubbing escapade.
