Crash temporarily closes southbound I-15 near St. George

A crash closed both southbound lanes of Interstate 15 northeast of St. George for more than an hour and a half Saturday evening.

The accident occurred about 7:20 p.m. at mile post 14, which is about five miles north of St. George.

All traffic lanes were reopened by 9 p.m., the Utah Department of Transportation reported.

StGeorgeUtah.com reported that a pickup truck pulling a trailer overturned on the roadway.
