Plans for tonight: Grizzly Bear in the park

• Experimental rock band Grizzly Bear headlines a rare Wednesday installment of the Twilight Concert Series, at Pioneer Park, 300 West and 300 South, Salt Lake City. Opening act: Youth Lagoon. Show starts at 7. Tickets are $5, at the gate.

• Country-folk singer-songwriter Ray Wylie Hubbard performs at The State Room, 638 S. State St., Salt Lake City. Opening act: John Davis. Show starts at 8. Tickets are $18, at the venue's website.

• Comedian Wayne Brady will perform a 100-percent improvised show at the Kenley Amphitheater, 403 N. Wasatch Drive, Layton. Show starts at 8. Tickets, from $34 to $59, available at the Davis Arts Council website.

• Noise-pop/surf-punk band Wavves performs at The Urban Lounge, 241 S. 500 East, Salt Lake City. Show starts at 10. Tickets are $10, at Smith's Tix or 24Tix.
