China Commercial Credit • Wujiang, China, 1.9 million shares, priced $6 to $7, managed by Burnham Securities and Axiom Capital Management. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CCCR. Business: Microcredit lender to small businesses in the Jiangsu Province of China.

Envision Healthcare • Greenwood Village, Colo., 35 million shares, priced $20 to $22, managed by Goldman Sachs, Barclays and BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed NYSE symbol EVHC. Business: U.S. provider of outsourced medical and ambulance services.

Independence Realty Trust • Philadelphia, Pa., 4 million shares, priced $10 to $11, managed by Ladenburg Thalmann & Co., William Blair and JMP Securities. Proposed NYSE symbol IRT. Business: REIT that owns eight properties in Georgia, Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Texas and Virginia.

Sophiris Bio • La Jolla, Calif., 5 million shares, priced at $13, managed by Citi and Leerink Swann. Proposed Nasdaq symbol SPHS. Business: Developing a biologic to treat enlarged prostates.

Third Point Reinsurance • Pembroke, Bermuda, 22.2 million shares, priced $12.50 to $14.50, managed by J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Proposed NYSE symbol TPRE. Business: Bermuda-based specialty property and casualty reinsurer.

Book Party • University of Utah professor Rober Mayer will sign and discuss his new book, Financial Justice, at the Pinon Market & Cafe, 2095 E. 1300 South, Salt Lake City, beginning at 7:30 p.m. His book chronicles how the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau came into being and details the role now-Sen. Elizabeth Warren and a coalition of consumer, civil rights and labor organizations played in its organization. Seating is limited to the first 50 guests.
