The Westminster College women's volleyball team, which features 13 returning players, opens the 2013 season by hosting the Westminster Tournament of Champions on Friday and Saturday in the Behnken Field House.

The Tournament will feature five matches each day with Cornerstone (Mich.), Dixie State, Hope International (Calif.) and Olivet Nazarene (Ill.).

The Griffins open against Hope International at 4 p.m. on Friday, followed by Olivet Nazarene at 8 p.m.

Westminster went 14-13 in 2012 for its first winning season since 2007. The Griffins return four starters and the libero as they look to improve from a 7-8 record in Frontier Conference play a year ago.
