For the uninsured or those currently priced out of the insurance market, the Affordable Care Act promises to open the door to coverage. What do you want to know about Utah's new health care exchange and what factors should you think about when shopping for a plan? Benefits expert Dave Jackson, health care advocate Randal Serr and Tribune reporter Jennifer Dobner join Trib Talk's Jennifer Napier-Pearce to provide tips on selecting the health insurance plan that's right for you and your family.
