Thursday on TV: 'Parks and Rec' and 'Elementary' both travel to jolly old England

Not one but two series travel to London for their season premieres tonight.In an hourlong episode of Parks and Recreation (7 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5), Leslie is off to England to accept an award.It makes more sense that Sherlock Holmes would go home to London in Elementary (9 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2).
