Utah's national park placed high on the post-government shutdown top 10 ratings by the Internet travel site TripAdvisor.

Bryce Canyon ranked first in the top 10 while Arches was in third and Zion ranked ninth.

The top 10 included in order Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Arches, Yellowstone, Death Valley, Mesa Verde, Crater Lake, Hawaii Volcanoes, Zion and Glacier.

"With the end of the 16-day government shutdown that closed the doors to many of the country's most outstanding national parks, travelers can celebrate being able to once again access and support these beloved American treasures," said Brooke Ferencsik, director of communications for TripAdvisor.
