Yoko Ono archetypal villainess of rock-n-roll/adorable grandma-type released a new video yesterday. It's called "Bad Dancer," and considering Ono is now 80-years-old (!) it's actually pretty rad.
The video features a bunch of famous people whose only thing in common seems to be that they know Ono. My favorite is "This American Life" host Ira Glass, but luckily Rolling Stone has a full cast list.
The idea for the video was "bad dancing" and Rolling Stone called it charming and deceptively simple. It's also stark contrast from Ono's most famous period, when she and John Lennon were pulling earnest, high-concept hijinks like anti-war sleep ins.
