Letter: Swallow investigator should ask the NSA for help

In the Wednesday, Nov. 6, Tribune, a front-page story was titled "Scope of lost data a concern for Swallow investigator."

Here's a tip for the investigator: There is a federal government agency that keeps track of all this information. It's called the NSA. Perhaps he could contact them.
