The Idaho State Patrol says a weekend rollover crash killed a Weston, Utah man on Highway 36 near Preston.

The ISP identified the victim of the 6:40 p.m. Sunday crash as Chet Atkinson, 26. No other vehicles were involved.

Troopers say that Atkinson's Dodge pickup truck was eastbound near mile post 132 when it drifted off the south side of the highway. He overcorrected, crashed through a guard rail and rolled down an embankment.

Atkinson, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the truck and died at the scene, ISP said.
