I love watching Utahn Tyson Apostol on Survivor: Blood vs. Water (7 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2). He makes me laugh. And I think he's a whole lot smarter than many of the other contestants realize.I don't know if he'll win the million bucks, but I'm rooting for him. Here's CBS' description of what's in store tonight:"An emotional loss on Redemption Island produces this season's first jury member. Also, castaways find out if blood really is thicker than water at a tearful tribal council, and a castaway's generous offer proves immunity means much more than a sumptuous feast."Go, Tyson!Elsewhere on TV ...NBA (6 p.m., ROOT): Utah Jazz at New Orleans PelicansThe Middle (7 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Sue is hiding a secret.Revolution (7 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5): Neville issues a proclamation.Nova (7 and 8 p.m., PBS/Ch. 7): Exploring the Earth-space boundary zone; mining asteroids. The X Factor (7 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13): The 10 remaining contestants perform.Arrow (7 p.m., CW/Ch. 30): A mysterious illness strikes the city.Back In the Game (7:30 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): The Cannon tries to toughen up the team.Men's college basketball (7:30 p.m., ESPNU): Iowa State at BYUCriminal Minds (8 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): Skeletons are discovered in the backyard of a home in Virginia.Modern Family (8 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Jay goes to ClosetCon.Law & Order: SVU (8 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5): Rollins tries to help a friend press rape charges against her lover. The Tomorrow People (8 p.m., CW/Ch. 30): Stephen has some fun with his new powers.Super Fun Night (8:30 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4):Kendall sets Kimmie up on a date.CSI (9 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): Two people are stabbed at a local motel.Nashville (9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Jeff battles Rayna for control of the album she made with Liam.Comet Encounter (9 p.m., PBS/Ch. 7): Scientists follow the path of the sun-grazing comet ISON.Top Chef (11 p.m., Bravo): The chefs butcher and cook a pig.American Horror Story: Coven (11 p.m., FX): Cordelia makes a decision about her mother.Key & Peele (11:30 p.m., Comedy Central): A detective meets his new partner.
