"He looked like he'll play," Corbin said. "He's a pretty tough guy. We just want to make sure we're looking at everything, make sure nothing's going on that we don't know about."
The Jazz, meanwhile, will be able to extend point guard Trey Burke's minutes. The rookie played 12 minutes in his first game of the year after missing time with a broken finger.
"My idea is to get him to finish the quarters in the first half," Corbin said, "and we'll see at halftime how he's doing, if we can do the same in the third and maybe extend it in the fourth."
Forward Jeremy Evans will also be available for more minutes tonight.
Forward Marvin Williams is expected to re-join the team in Dallas later this afternoon. Williams, who is averaging 7.6 points for the Jazz, missed Wednesday's game in New Orleans and had surgery Thursday in Salt Lake City to reset his broken nose.
Williams was also fitted for a new protective mask.
