A man suspected of a fatal hit-and-run accident last week was arrested at his parents' home in Salt Lake City on Saturday, according to police.

Robledo was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on suspicion of third-degree felony counts of leaving the scene of an accident involving death and obstruction of justice, as well as misdemeanor counts of speeding and driving on a denied, suspended or revoked license, according to jail records.

Robledo also has an immigration hold.

Police recovered the vehicle Robeldo is believed to have been driving, described as a silver BMW model 3 Series, in Woods Cross.

Genaro Zaragoza-Valencia, 73, died Tuesday after being struck Monday about 7 p.m. while walking along 1000 West near 1700 South. Zaragoza-Valencia was thrown 75-feet upon impact.
