Wolf Mountain will be taking advantage of recent snowfall to open for the season Thursday.

The small Ogden Valley resort features three chairlifts, and 100 percent of its trails are available for night skiing. It is known as one of Utah's least expensive resorts, with an adult 12-hour pass selling for $36 and a half-day morning pass going for $27. Weekly specials include family night where four members can ski for $40, 10 buck Tuesdays where a $10 ticket can be purchased with the purchase of one regular pass, Wednesday group night where groups of 12 or more can get $12 night-skiing tickets, and student night on Thursday where students ski for $12.

The resort is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The resort also features a terrain park for freestylers of all abilities with rail and snow features.
