ESPN); Holiday Bowl - Arizona State vs. Texas Tech (8:15 p.m., ESPN)Women's college basketball (5 p.m., BYUtv): Pepperdine at BYUNBA (7 p.m., ROOT): Charlotte Hornets at Utah JazzMajor Crimes (7 and 9 p.m., TNT): A bomb goes off at a used-car dealership, leaving one person dead.Independent Lens (11 p.m., PBS/Ch. 7): "How to Survive a Plague" recounts how AIDS activists worked to indentify new drugs to help patients with HIV.
